Since its launch in 1969, “DORAEMON” has been one of Japan’s most popular multimedia franchises. On 22 April 2002, on the special issue of “Asian Hero” in Time magazine, Doraemon was selected as one of the 22 Asian Heroes. Being the only anime character selected, Doraemon was described as  “The Cuddliest Hero in Asia”.

Doraemon Story:

Doraemon travels back from the future to rescue Nobita, a good-natured but rather lazy and underachieving schoolboy from his perpetual bad luck. With an endless array of fantastic gadgets from his 4th dimensional pocket, can Doraemon save the future of Nobita and his descendants.
